Wiz is seeking a Product Strategy & Operations Lead to drive the Google Cloud Security product line integration with Wiz. You will oversee cross-team operations, finance management, and executive communications while coordinating with senior leadership to achieve core business goals.

In this role, you will manage governance, budgets, vendor relationships, and global event portfolios, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and security teams in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, strategy consulting, chief of staff, or program management in a high-growth technology or cloud organization.
• Experience managing executive-level communications, operational frameworks (e.g., OKRs), and complex stakeholder alignment across technical and business functions.
• Experience managing operational budgets, vendor procurement, and resource planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Direct the operational framework for Google Cloud Security products; work with finance, people partners, and leadership to set targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and vendor spend approvals using Google finance systems.
• Align cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People Operations to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Formulate and deliver executive communications, strategic narratives, and briefing materials for leadership and external stakeholders.
