Job summary

Varonis is seeking a Senior Director of Customer Marketing to lead the programs that turn customers into our growth engine. You will manage regional customer events, advocacy and reference programs, and the executive experiences portfolio (EBC, CISO Summit, and CAB) with regular onsite customer interaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer marketing, advocacy, or events at B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading teams of at least 3 people.
• Track record in high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS, security focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, calendar, and execution of regional customer events.
• Lead advocacy and reference programs end to end.
• Manage Executive Briefing Center, CISO Summit, and CAB.
• Partner with sales, CS, product marketing, and PR to reinforce the product story.
• Build AI-native processes for reference matching and post-event follow-up.
