Varonis is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape how we bring our leading platform to market. You’ll act like the GM of your product line, deeply understanding buyers, use cases, differentiation, and value, and you’ll set messaging, content, enablement, and strategy.

This role goes beyond launches—own messaging, run end-to-end product launches, create datasheets, decks, thought leadership, and case studies. Z

• 3+ years of product marketing in B2B technology.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication with high attention to detail.
• Technical aptitude and an innate curiosity for figuring things out.
• A bias for action with a track record of taking projects from idea to execution to results.
• An AI-first mentality where you are constantly experimenting and looking to build efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own product messaging, positioning, and market narrative.
• Demo platform, SME for sales questions, RFPs, etc.
• Deeply understand buyer personas, use cases, differentiation, and value.
• Develop compelling positioning and messaging for CISOs, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Refine messaging based on real-world feedback from customers, prospects, and the field.
• Get out in the field and talk to customers and prospects firsthand.
• Work with sales to understand buying objections, deal friction, and resonating messaging.
• Analyze wins and losses to identify patterns and gaps.
• Create core marketing assets including datasheets, solution briefs, and web content.
• Develop sales decks and talk tracks; create thought leadership content, buyer guides, and POVs.
• Create case studies and customer evidence.
• Lead product launches end to end from strategy to market rollout.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Enablement to ensure alignment.
• Identify customers for case studies and interview them to extract value.
