Varonis is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing in New York to own the demand engine across online channels, driving pipeline, revenue, and market share. Reporting to the CMO, this leader oversees demand generation, content, social, and marketing operations.

You will build distribution strategies for launches, manage SEO/AE0 for high-intent traffic, and design experiments to make Varonis a top-of-mind brand in cybersecurity.

Competenze

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, incl. 3+ years leading demand generation or growth teams.
• Experience at high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally in security or technical buyer category.
• Experience owning a marketing budget and pipeline/revenue targets.
• Cybersecurity or data security domain experience is a plus but not required; speed of learning matters.

• Own worldwide pipeline generation across all online channels with clear targets.
• Build distribution strategies for product launches, acquisitions, and big moments.
• Oversee SEO/AE0 strategies for high-intent organic traffic and accurate AI-mode representation.

• Design and run experiments to make people talk about and remember Varonis.
• Run marketing ops with clean data, tight lead handoffs, and trusted attribution.
• Write compelling copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and in-product messaging.
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, etc.
