Vantor is seeking a Sr. Manager of Events to lead high-impact live experiences that advance our spatial intelligence story for government, enterprise, and international audiences. This executive-role combines strategic portfolio thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

The role reports to Marketing leadership and collaborates with Communications, Sales, Product, and Business Development to ensure events align with commercial priorities and brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Deep events expertise with strategic focus, not just logistics.
• Experience managing event programs in government, defense, intelligence, aerospace, technology, or comparable B2B environments.
• Ability to think strategically about an event portfolio, audience prioritization, investments, and measurement.
• Significant experience partnering directly with senior executives and other high-profile stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own how Vantor shows up in person across customer, industry, government, and partner environments.
• Operate as a strategic partner to Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business Development, Product, and BU leadership.
• Develop and manage enterprise event strategy based on customer relevance and commercial opportunity.
• Establish meaningful KPIs and reporting connecting event activity with engagement, pipeline, and market visibility.
• Manage budgets and investments across the events portfolio.
