7-Eleven seeks a Senior Manager, Customer Insights to lead and elevate our research function. This role shapes the research roadmap, directs both qualitative and quantitative studies, and partners with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Loyalty, and Digital to inform growth and brand strategy.

The candidate will translate customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable, decision-ready insights that influence product, experience, and merchandising decisions in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in Customer Insights or Market Research.
• Experience building strategic research roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through storytelling.
• Retail or consumer goods familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research programs with methodological rigor.
• Own the Customer Insights roadmap and prioritize research projects.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Loyalty and Digital.
• Turn insights into actionable business recommendations.
