7-Eleven is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to support Enterprise initiatives, focusing on Merchandising and Merchant Tools. You will lead research across the product lifecycle, mentor researchers, and translate insights into actionable guidance for product teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX Research or related fields.
• Experience leading complex research initiatives and influencing product decisions.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Experience supporting enterprise, B2B, SaaS, workflow, or operational products.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience mentoring researchers across multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead research throughout the product lifecycle, from early discovery through concept evaluation and post-launch learning.
• Develop research plans aligned with product priorities.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Directors, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Advocate for customer, employee, and business perspectives in product development.
• Mentor researchers and uphold high standards for research quality and communication.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations that guide product direction.
