7-Eleven in Irving, TX seeks a Senior Manager, Customer Insights to lead and elevate our customer insights function, embedding insights across the organization to drive growth, loyalty, and brand strategy.

The role oversees qualitative and quantitative research, builds a roadmap, partners with Analytics, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Loyalty, and Digital, and mentors a high-performing team to deliver actionable, decision-ready recommendations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in Customer Insights, Consumer Insights, or Market Research.
• Proven ability to lead strategic research roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Experience building and managing high-performing research teams.
• Strong storytelling and influence with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods including survey design and tracking studies.

Mansioni

• Own the Customer Insights roadmap, intake process, and research pipeline, aligning to high-priority objectives.
• Develop forward-looking customer need states and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Loyalty, and Digital to translate challenges into actionable plans.
• Oversee design, execution, and delivery of research programs; ensure actionable recommendations.
• Lead and develop the Customer Insights team and manage priorities and trade-offs.
• Continuously improve intake, prioritization, and delivery processes; manage external vendors and budget.
