Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Analytics & Insights to lead global analytics capabilities and translate data into strategic actions for patients, caregivers, payers, and HCPs. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage budgets, and foster high performance within the team.

This role reports to the head of Customer Insights & Data and requires 12+ years in analytics with 5+ years in pharma, plus strong leadership and agile collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer analytics, market research, or insights teams.
• Ability to translate data into strategic implications for cross-functional partners.
• Experience working in pharma or healthcare analytics preferred.
