Job summary

Thatch is building a new customer advocacy function and seeks a senior contributor to own the program end-to-end. You will design and run a reference program that connects customers with prospects and turn top customers into influencers through case studies, speaking engagements, and a community of HR leaders.

This builder's role requires hands-on leadership and close collaboration with Sales, CS, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related function.
• Experience building a customer reference or advocacy program from zero.
• Proven ability to translate customer relationships into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a sales reference program connecting customers with prospects to support pipeline and win rates.
• Develop a bench of customer advocates and craft experiences that incentivize participation.
• Create opportunities for advocacy through conferences, webinars, podcasts, events, and peer conversations.
• Build systems to manage advocates, requests, availability, and outcomes, using AI and automation for scale.
• Measure the program's impact on reference usage, content, pipeline influence, and win rates.
