Job summary

Intapp seeks a Senior Client Advocacy and References Manager to build and scale our client advocacy infrastructure in a role that spans sales, marketing, and client success. You will own the enterprise client reference program and govern the advocacy platform, ensuring timely, relevant client voices are available to reduce sales cycle friction and accelerate pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience building and managing program infrastructure.
• Experience across sales, customer success, and marketing in a matrixed org.
• Ability to design fixes and drive adoption with minimal authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication across senior leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building structure where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Own operating model for enterprise client advocacy program and governance.
• Identify, onboard, engage, and recognize client advocates.
• Coordinate advocacy across business units and drive platform adoption.
• Rollout and manage advocacy platform as system of record for references.
• Enable reference fulfillment for sales and analyst relations efficiently.
• Grow advocate population using signals like NPS and CSAT.
• Monitor participation, fill gaps, and ensure representative advocate base.
• Partner with events, marketing, and sales to feature client speakers.
• Own reporting on advocate pipeline, coverage, and participation metrics.
• Track health indicators and report performance to leadership.
• Drive process improvements and organizational enablement.
