Thatch is building a customer advocacy function from the ground up, taking ownership of end-to-end programs that connect customers to prospects and turn advocates into public voices for the company.
The role requires 8+ years in customer marketing or advocacy, a proven ability to build reference programs, and a track record of tangible business outcomes. It operates in a fully distributed environment across the United States.
Thatch is building our customer advocacy function from the ground up — which means there's no playbook to inherit and no ceiling on what it becomes. We're building it as its own function from zero, at the exact moment you’ll make a sizable impact on the company's growth.
You'll own the program end to end: a formal sales reference process that connects the right customer to the right prospect at the right time, and a customer advocacy motion that turns our strongest customers into public voices for Thatch — case studies, speaking opportunities, and a community of HR leaders who chose to do things differently.
This is a builder's role. The program, the mechanics to make advocacy scalable, and the community are yours to define. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
We aim to keep the process thoughtful, rigorous, and efficient. Most candidates complete it within three weeks. You can expect:
$130,000 — $170,000 USD
We’re a fully distributed early stage company using technology to change the way America does healthcare. We’re a happy, friendly, high-velocity team. You can read more on Thatch here.
