Intapp, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Advocacy and References Manager in Charlotte, NC to own the enterprise client advocacy program and the reference program, ensuring coordinated implementation across sales, marketing, and client success teams.

You will develop and scale the advocacy infrastructure, including intake processes, advocate population growth, platform configuration, and program governance. This role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and measurable program health

Qualifications

• 5–7 years building and managing program infrastructure.
• Experience across sales, customer success, and marketing.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working in regulated industries or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the operating model for the enterprise client advocacy program, including intake processes, participation criteria, and governance.
• Lead rollout and ongoing management of the advocacy platform and reference fulfillment processes.
• Identify and grow the advocate population using signals like CSAT/NPS and coordination with client success and sales teams.
• Partner with events, marketing, and sales to feature client voices at Intapp-hosted events and conferences.
• Provide program reporting on pipeline, coverage gaps, and engagement to leadership.
