Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Senior Client Advocacy and References Manager to build and scale the client advocacy program across the enterprise. You will own the reference program, establish standards, and coordinate a company-wide approach to engage client voices for sales, marketing, and analysts relations.

You will design and manage an advocate population, leverage CSAT/NPS signals, and ensure timely, high-quality reference fulfillment while minimizing advocate fatigue.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years building and managing program infrastructure.
• Experience across sales, customer success and marketing.
• Strong program management instincts and adoption skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with leadership.
• Ability to work across all levels, including senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own operating model for enterprise client advocacy program.
• Set standards for identifying, onboarding, and recognizing advocates.
• Coordinate advocacy across the business and drive platform adoption.
• Manage reference fulfillment for sales and other teams.
• Grow advocate population using signals like NPS and CSAT.
