Job summary

Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is seeking a Director of Curriculum Programs, Operations to oversee the design, development, implementation, and leadership of the training curriculum for Operations. The role ensures competency-based programs align with policy and reflect current work practices, including certification processes and instructor development.

The Director will monitor curriculum effectiveness, collaborate with operations teams, and set standards for training development

Qualifications

Experience designing and overseeing curriculum development programs.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with operations and training staff.

Responsibilities

Assess training needs and develop content aligned with operating policies and regulations.
Develop and maintain competency-based programs for certification and recertification.
Lead ADDIE-based curriculum development with modern learning technologies (eLearning, gamification, blended learning).
Create instructor development curricula and collaborate with operations leadership.
Oversee content updates and development to meet current and future organizational needs.
Manage internal and external curriculum resources and coordinate with stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
Partner with LMS teams to structure curricula and syllabi for each role.
Ensure training materials follow established standards and quality metrics.
