Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in development, administration, and/or implementation of large-scale training programs.
• At least 3 years in a middle manager or higher capacity leading teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and LMS implementations.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license for 3+ years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy for implementing training and development programs for operators and safety staff (trainers/instructors, supervisors, safety/training managers).
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of safety, training, and development programs, including ongoing skill enhancements and client requirements.
• Ensure training programs meet quality and compliance standards per laws, client regulations, and internal/external customers.
• Oversee measurement and evaluation of training effectiveness (content, methods, processes, techniques).
• Develop and monitor training KPIs to ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive best practices in training and operating standards to ensure efficient programs.
• Audit training to ensure location compliance with safety training policies and successful operator completion.
• Identify development programs to aid recruitment and retention of drivers/trainers/managers.
