Responsibilities

• Oversee the Crew Scheduling Department and ensure staffing levels and resources.
• Evaluate SOPs, operational playbooks, CFRs and contracts for compliance.
• Coordinate with OCC managers on irregular operations strategy and safety practices.
• Liaise with ALPA and AFA as required for scheduling issues.
• On-call duties as required.
