Job summary

The role requires strong communication, scheduling expertise, and the ability to manage shifts including evenings and weekends. You will handle schedule changes, trip coordination, and ensure crew legality under FAR Part 91/121/117,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years in customer service or airline role or one year in crew scheduling.
• Able to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient utilization of pilots and track attendance.
• Provide scheduling support and communicate policy to crewmembers.
• Notify crewmembers of schedule changes promptly.
• Ensure assignments comply with FAA Part 91, Part 121, Part 117.
• Monitor schedule integrity and ensure legal crew assignments.
• Resolve crew legality and rest requirements per regs and contracts.
• Maintain communication with crewmembers, flight control, and stations.
• Process trip swaps, drops, sick calls, leaves, and other edits.
• Arrange accommodations including hotel and deadhead bookings.
• Utilize reserve crews to sustain operational reliability.
• Comply with FARs, contracts, and departmental guidelines.
• Coordinate with dispatchers to resolve daily ops issues.
• Report daily scheduling status and department updates.
