Job summary

New Engen is seeking a senior leader to scale Creator Operations from Seattle. You will lead and develop Managers, set operating rhythms, and raise standards for sourcing, contracting, and end-to-end content delivery across creator partnerships.

Drive capacity planning, risk management, and an AI-powered innovation roadmap. Partner with technology to shape the Creator Portal roadmap and align creator strategy with client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in influencer/creator marketing or related discipline.
• Experience leading managers and building high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of creator ecosystem: tiers, sourcing, negotiation, delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Creator Operations and develop Managers and Sr. Managers.
• Own capacity planning, resourcing, forecasting, and risk management.
• Set standards for creator negotiations and partnerships.
• Shape AI-powered tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Own Creator Portal product strategy and roadmap.
• Build a strategic center of excellence for Creator Operations.
• Partner with Sales and clients at a senior level on design and strategy.
