New Engen, a Seattle‑based digital marketing agency, seeks an Enterprise Deal Operations leader to drive the cadence of large, cross‑functional opportunities from deal through delivery. You will coordinate Sales, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Staffing, Creative, Analytics, Media, and Delivery to keep momentum while managing risks and dependencies.

You will optimize processes, design scalable playbooks, and ensure clean handoffs to Delivery, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise deal operations or related roles supporting complex B2B deals.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong program and project management skills to organize ambiguity.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Understanding of pricing, contracting, staffing, scope, and delivery impacts.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence for enterprise opportunities from deal through delivery.
• Coordinate Sales, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Staffing, Creative, Analytics, and Delivery.
• Create alignment around priorities and ownership; drive follow‑through.
• Identify risks, blockers, and accountability to keep momentum.
• Design scalable operating templates, playbooks, and checklists.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Delivery with clear scope and timelines.
