- 8+ years in influencer/creator marketing or related field.
- Proven leadership of managers and high‑performing teams.
- Deep fluency in creator ecosystem: sourcing, recruitment, negotiation, delivery.
- Ability to build scalable operating models and playbooks.
- Experience driving innovation and AI adoption in workflows.
- Comfort partnering with tech teams as a product owner.
Responsibilities
- Lead Creator Operations, manage performance, health, and direction.
- Own delivery quality, speed, and capacity planning across the function.
- Set standards for creator partnerships and negotiations.
- Shape and pilot AI-powered tools to boost efficiency and value.
- Own Creator Portal product strategy with tech partners.
- Evolve operations into a strategic center of excellence.
- Partner with clients and sales as senior creator expert.
- Collaborate on program design from pitch to QBR.
