Job summary

New Engen, Inc. seeks an experienced leader to head Creator Operations, building and guiding a high-performing team across sourcing, negotiation, and end-to-end content delivery. You will drive innovation, including AI-powered tools, and partner with product and tech to shape the Creator Portal roadmap.

You will also act as a senior creator expert in client discussions, shaping program design and creator strategy from pitch to delivery, while growing a strategic center of excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in influencer/creator marketing with agency/brand experience.
• Proven ability to lead managers and high-performing teams.
• Deep fluency in creator ecosystem: sourcing, recruitment, contracting, rate structures, content delivery.
• Experience building scalable operating models and playbooks.
• Experience driving AI tools adoption to improve team workflows.
• Comfort as a product owner with tech/product teams.
• Strong executive presence for client-facing leadership.
• Player/coach orientation with ability to empower others.

Responsibilities

• Lead Creator Operations and develop Managers and Sr. Managers.
• Ensure quality, speed, and consistency of Creator Operations across sourcing, contracting, and end-to-end delivery.
• Own capacity planning, resourcing, and forecasting for the function.
• Define and maintain standards for creator partnerships and negotiations.
• Shape and execute a multi-quarter AI roadmap.
• Own the Creator Portal product strategy and roadmap with tech teams.
• Evolve Creator Operations into a strategic center of excellence.
• Engage with clients and sales at senior levels to shape programs.
