Startup (in Stealth Mode) is seeking a Head of Influencer to build our creator and ambassador function from the ground up. You’ll own sourcing, casting, negotiations, briefing, relationship management, and performance tracking, turning partnerships into a core growth channel.

You’ll align with the founders and Head of Social to ensure our creator strategy reflects the brand’s voice and values, working cross-functionally with Social, PR, and Paid to maximize impact across channels.

Formación

• 5+ years in influencer/creator marketing with program-building experience in beauty or consumer goods.
• Hands-on TikTok experience: sourcing, briefing creators, Shop/affiliate or Spark Ads, and trend awareness.
• Track record negotiating and managing creator relationships and budgets end-to-end.
• Sharp casting instinct to balance reach with relevance and protect brand credibility.
• Fluency in affiliate/influencer platforms, contracting, usage rights, and FTC disclosures.
• Excellent relationship-builder with creators and teams, capable of nurturing partnerships.
• Comfortable building from nothing in a fast-moving startup.

Responsabilidades

• Build the influencer/creator program from zero: tiering, budget structure, and KPIs.
• Define our point of view on who we work with: the creators, experts, and voices whose credibility transfers to the brand, and who we pass on.
• Set and own performance goals: creator-driven sales/revenue, content volume, CAC by tier, community growth.
• Build repeatable seeding, gifting, and affiliate motions ahead of launch and always-on post-launch.
