Job summary

Superpower is building influencer marketing into its core acquisition channel. You will oversee end-to-end influencer strategy, from creator onboarding to contract negotiation and performance dashboards.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on deal-making in a fast-growing health tech environment. You will own the creator ladder, scripts, and the paid usage rights while collaborating with media to repurpose creator content into paid ads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer marketing, with leadership at a DTC brand spending $1M+/year on creators.
• Experience sourcing and closing deals across macro, mid-tier and micro creators.
• Proven ability to run a whitelisting program at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build the influencer ladder: 10–15 macro, 30–40 mid-tier, 50+ micro creators; secure exclusive deals.
• Structure deals: hybrid performance + base, whitelisting rights, and selective flat-fee brand deals.
• Write direct-response scripts and develop a playbook for hooks, formats and angles.
