Job summary

Bidbus is seeking a Director of Creator Growth & Creative Strategy to build Bidbus's creator growth engine from the ground up. You will define our creator strategy, craft breakthrough campaigns, and partner with creators—from micro influencers to top talent—to drive customer acquisition.

You will work directly with the CEO and collaborate with Growth, Product, Design, and Performance Marketing to scale the creator function and connect creative ideas with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creator/influencer marketing or growth.
• Proven creator program experience for a consumer brand.
• Strong creative instincts with a portfolio of standout creator campaigns.
• Deep understanding of creator platforms, audiences, and partnership models.
• Ability to connect creative ideas with measurable business outcomes.
• Strategic thinker who is hands-on and able to build from zero.

Responsibilities

• Create 0-1 creator growth strategy from scratch.
• Develop original campaign concepts, angles, and storytelling frameworks.
• Identify and partner with creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Build scalable influencer, ambassador, affiliate, and long-term creator programs.
• Lead campaigns from strategy through execution with internal teams, agencies, and creators.
• Measure awareness, traffic, qualified seller leads, listings, and customer acquisition.
• Repurpose high-performing creator content for paid channels when appropriate.
• Over time, build and lead the creator growth function.
