Job summary

Ritual is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Creative to own the creative engine behind paid acquisition. You will set performance creative strategy, lead a Growth Creative Strategist and an in-house team of creatives, and manage external agencies and creator partners across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in performance creative, strategy or growth marketing.
• Experience managing creative teams including strategists, editors, designers and copywriters.
• Strong track record improving CAC/CVR/CTR through creative testing and analytics.
• Experience directing multiple external agencies and creator partners at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own creative performance outcomes and metrics (CAC, CVR, CTR, hook rate).
• Set strategy and roadmap for quarterly/monthly performance creative aligned to goals.
• Lead and develop a Growth Creative Strategist and in-house design team.
• Direct external creative partners, agencies and creator programs with accountability for output and timelines.
• Run a disciplined testing program covering hooks, formats, offers, audiences and funnel stages.
• Build the creative operating system with intake, naming, tagging, reporting and knowledge sharing.
• Approve and align on creative strategy and results with senior leadership.
