Directive Consulting is a remote-first agency seeking a Creative Director to lead the Performance Design department. You will manage a team of designers and motion contractors, scale the department, and ensure creative output balances quality with performance.

You will partner with paid media and client success to keep creative data-informed and drive strategic value. The role reports to senior leadership and includes P&L ownership.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in creative roles within performance marketing or growth-focused agencies.
• Proven track record in managing creative teams and balancing quality with business outcomes.
• Able to present department strategy and financial projections to senior leaders.
