Directive Consulting is seeking a Director of Creative to lead the Performance Design department, blending strategic direction with hands-on leadership. You’ll scale a momentum‑driven team and drive creative output that performs across paid social, display, video, and landing pages.

This remote‑first role requires 5+ years in performance marketing creative, proven team leadership, and the ability to translate creative thinking into business results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative roles within performance marketing or growth-focused agency environments.
• Proven track record leading creative teams balancing creative quality with business outcomes.
• Comfortable presenting department strategy and financial projections to VPs and CMOs.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Performance Design department and its people.
• Set creative vision and ensure craft meets performance benchmarks.
• Partner with paid media and client success for data-informed output.
• Own department P&L and budgeting decisions.
• Drive AI tool adoption and integrate into production workflows.
