Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking a Head of Creative to lead the Performance Design department, guiding creative strategy and the financial direction while developing people and processes. You will inherit momentum and scale the team, ensuring outputs are both high quality and performance-driven.

You will partner with paid media and client success teams to align creative with data, own department margins, and drive smart resourcing decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative roles within performance marketing, paid media, or growth-focused agency environments.
• Proven track record in managing creative teams and balancing creative quality with business outcomes.
• Comfortable presenting department strategy and financial projections to VPs and CMOs.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision and quality standard for the Performance Design department.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers and motion contractors.
• Partner with paid media and client success teams to ensure data-informed creative output.
• Own and manage the department P&L, margins, and resourcing decisions.
• Lead adoption of AI creative tools and integrate them into production workflows.
