• 5+ years in creative roles within performance marketing, paid media, or growth-focused agency environments.
• Proven track record in managing creative teams and balancing quality with business outcomes.
• Comfortable presenting department strategy and financial projections to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision and quality standard for the department.
• Ensure work meets craft and conversion benchmarks across formats.
• Lead and develop designers and motion contractors; manage performance and growth.
• Partner with paid media and client success teams to keep creative data-informed.
• Own and monitor the department P&L and margins; drive profitable growth.
• Lead adoption of AI creative tools and integrate into production workflows.
