ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Head of Production Primary Processes to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, including stamping, laser cutting, machining and auxiliary services. The role drives efficiency, quality, and safety while coordinating with engineering, quality and supply chain teams to deliver high-value outputs.

Formación

• University degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating a team or 5 years in a similar position.
• Advanced English knowledge (C1).
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency with ERP, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee primary manufacturing processes (stamping, laser cutting, machining) and auxiliary operations.
• Manage tool shop design, development and maintenance to meet production needs.
• Develop and drive production strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and optimize processes, schedules and resources to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure rigorous QA and standards.
• Lead and develop production teams, promoting safety and high performance.
• Introduce technologies and automation to modernize production.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer-focused operations.
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, and report progress.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory to ensure material availability.
