Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement professional to drive efficiency and waste reduction across production lines. You will lead and support lean initiatives, analyze production data, identify root causes, quantify savings, and coordinate implementation plans to improve safety, quality, and sustainability metrics.

The role requires a strong background in industrial engineering or relevant experience, with Lean Six Sigma certification and familiarity with manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or another engineering field, or a high school diploma with five years of continuous improvement experience in manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma or other Lean certification preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in metal processing, coating lines, or high-volume products, and familiarity with JDE, Power BI, or Thrive.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects, analyze production data and root causes, quantify savings, and coordinate implementation plans to improve safety, quality, production, and sustainability metrics.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, rework, setup time, changeover time, and cycle time through process improvements and automation.
