Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years engineering experience in product design or production process engineering.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience with CAD, GD&T, and CATIA.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design, development, testing, and launch activities.
• Direct engineering and R&D teams to meet objectives and quality standards.
• Oversee design reviews, CAD standards, and design guidelines.
• Drive product innovation while improving manufacturability, quality, reliability and cost.
• Partner with Operations to optimize manufacturing and launches.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
