Job summary

• Coordinate work to balance workflow across production lines.
• Monitor performance and adjust priorities to address bottlenecks or delays.
• Ensure safety protocols and conduct routine safety checks.
• Maintain shift records, downtime logs, and KPI data.
• Support equipment reliability by coordinating with Maintenance.
