Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Lead to manage strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and timely purchasing of materials supporting manufacturing and operations. You will lead negotiations, monitor supplier performance, and drive cost and risk reductions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Production Planning, maintaining ERP/MRP data accuracy and optimizing inventory.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or materials management experience.
• Proven track record negotiating supplier terms and delivering cost/quality improvements.
• Experience with MRP-driven purchasing and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to improve total cost, quality, and delivery.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier selection, and negotiations.
• Own supplier relationships, scorecards, and business reviews; manage supply risks.
