Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement goals are achieved. You will supervise production teams, coordinate daily activities, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills; experience with lean manufacturing and ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years manufacturing/production experience desired.
• Experience with lean, continuous improvement and quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees and team leaders.
• Manage daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, overtime, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot production, quality, and equipment issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support materials planning, inventory flow, and on-time delivery of products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings.
• Maintain production records, KPI tracking, training documentation, and workforce data.
