Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Director of Technology - Core Banking to align technology strategy with business goals and drive enterprise-scale initiatives. You will oversee roadmaps, architecture, and delivery across Cloud, Data, APIs, and DevOps to modernize core banking platforms.

You will lead cross-functional teams, promote agile practices, and ensure end-to-end delivery with strong governance. The role is remote/hybrid across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience.
• 8+ years IT experience with large-scale platforms or program delivery.
• Experience with ERP, Infrastructure/Operations, or financial products.
• Experience delivering end-to-end technology programs across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align technology strategy with business goals for core banking.
• Lead delivery of core banking initiatives with agile practices.
• Develop roadmaps with business units and enterprise plans.
• Identify innovative solutions and lead project charters.
