- Lead core banking delivery and agile practices for initiatives.
- Develop technology roadmaps with business units to meet goals.
- Identify innovative market solutions and lead charters for initiatives.
- Coach and develop team, fostering performance and accountability.
- Drive improvements across the software lifecycle with CI/CD practices.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across enterprise core banking platforms.
