Job summary

Kyndryl, Inc. is seeking a Director of Consult Growth & Enablement to lead a global enablement program, align learning initiatives with sales targets, and drive strategic enablement across the KCP community.

You will partner with executives to design AI-enabled learning, coach deal teams, and governance for multi-region rollouts. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and measurable impact on signings and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in business strategy consulting or related field.
• Direct experience leading or designing sales enablement or go-to-market programs.
• Experience building business cases, roadmaps, and adoption plans for enablement platforms or AI assistants.
• Background in business analytics with ability to link enablement to KPIs.
• Strong data gathering, market research, and actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of operations, industry dynamics and trends.
• Ability to influence senior executives and guide matrixed teams without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proven executive briefing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/IS or equivalent experience.
