Job summary

Kyndryl Consult is seeking a Director, Consult Growth & Enablement to lead the global enablement strategy for the KCP community. You will partner with GTM and sales teams to design learning programs that accelerate signings and enhance client outcomes.

You will oversee AI-enabled learning initiatives, develop roadmaps, and mentor a matrix global team, delivering measurable impact across regions and industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in business strategy consulting or a related field.
• Experience leading sales enablement, deal coaching, or go-to-market programs within a consulting or professional services organization.
• Experience building business cases, roadmaps, and adoption plans for modern enablement platforms, AI assistants, or digital learning tools.
• Background in business analytics, with proven ability to link enablement initiatives to commercial KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and consultant productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize data, conduct market research, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Advanced degree (MBA or related) or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and align enablement strategy with GTM priorities and annual signings targets.
• Evaluate AI learning platforms and knowledge tools to modernize consultant training.
• Lead deal coaching and practical enablement programs tied to win rates and client outcomes.
• Translate strategy into milestone-driven programs with governance across regions and workstreams.
• Mentor and scale a global enablement team and drive adoption across geographies.
