Job summary

Stone Alliance Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Meetings and Educational Technology to bring educational conferences to life through technology, planning, and collaboration. This role oversees conference technology, abstract management, speaker coordination, and CME support for 8–10 conferences annually.

The position supports accredited CME programs, works with staff and vendors, and offers a remote-friendly arrangement with a hybrid option for DC-area candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in educational technology, event management, or education management.
• Experience with accredited CME providers and accreditation requirements.
• Extensive experience with content management systems and conference technology platforms.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage conference technology and platforms for 8–10 conferences annually.
• Oversee abstract management lifecycle and reviewer coordination.
• Coordinate speakers and faculty, including disclosures and reimbursements.
• Support continuing medical education and accreditation compliance.
• Stay current on CME requirements and provide departmental support.
