Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Director, Community Strategy & Operations to translate community engagement strategy into scalable operating plans and measurable outcomes. You will align Public Health strategy with field operations, partnerships, analytics, and cross-functional execution across geographies.

A strong candidate will be a high-caliber operator with problem-solving skills and experience in matrixed environments, preferably with consulting and healthcare delivery background.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and leading community engagement programs.
• Ability to act as a central integrator across functions with clear decision-making.
• Strong background in public health, healthcare, or clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation, and evolution of community engagement operating systems and execution frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional integration across community engagement and partner functions.
• Strengthen partnership strategy and field enablement with scalable models and playbooks.
• Develop scalable governance and performance-management systems for priority workstreams.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and drive improvements.
