Job summary

Capital Health’s Institute for Urban Care is seeking a Manager of Operations to lead daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure grant compliance for community health programs. You will guide a team of coordinators, translate strategic plans into actionable goals, and build partnerships with local organizations to expand impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or Public Relations required.
• Eight years of management experience with high school diploma or equivalent; four years with Bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree preferred in one of the specialties.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and budget execution for community health programs.
• Lead a team of program coordinators with clear goals and performance expectations.
• Drive end-to-end grant lifecycle including securing funding and post-award compliance.
• Develop and monitor annual program budgets with emphasis on resource allocation.
