firsthand Health is seeking a Manager, Community Operations to lead market-level community staff, ensuring scalable, person-centered outreach and engagement.

You will supervise peer recovery specialists and clinicians, build referral networks with local care providers, and drive performance toward OKRs.

This role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams in dynamic settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in a healthcare-focused business (leading community-based teams).
• Minimum of three years of direct supervisory experience (managing peer recovery specialists or similar staff).
• Experience in a multidisciplinary setting delivering holistic care.
• Startup experience in an early-stage company is strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate a vehicle; active driver’s license; eligible to drive under Company policy.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and inspire community teams of peers, social workers, and clinicians deeply dedicated to firsthand’s mission.
• Be accountable for the success of the Community Team and engage in coordination activities of community-based team members; includes direct supervision.
• Ensure seamless execution of operational and strategic plans, adapting practices as the business evolves.
• Expand firsthand’s local community presence and referral network with CMHCs, FQHCs, health systems, and other providers.
• Support management of individual and team performance to OKRs, coaching staff.
• Communicate progress and pain points to internal staff and external partners.
• Lead recruitment of community-based staff in collaboration with People team.
• Collaborate on development, coaching, training, and performance of staff.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive integrated care and improve service delivery.
