You will lead cross‑functional teams, develop predictive analytics, and translate complex data into practical strategies that expand access to cost‑effective care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 3–5+ years in healthcare operations, strategy, or program management with leadership.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic partnership liaison between Legacy and Houston Methodist.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings on clinical programs, marketing, and community engagement.
• Represent Legacy on joint education, cancer reporting, and clinic development committees.
• Translate data into actionable insights for resource allocation and program goals.
• Standardize workflows across service lines to improve patient outcomes and grant compliance.
• Oversee the $51.5M clinic development portfolio and ensure strategic objectives are met.
• Develop executive reporting dashboards and KPI structures for leadership.
