Job summary

Legacy Community Health is seeking a Director of Operations, Partnership Strategy to lead the strategic alliance with Houston Methodist and steer the multi-site clinic development portfolio. You will translate clinical, operational, and financial data into actionable insights for executive teams and manage grants, programs, and staffing resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
3–5+ years in healthcare operations, strategy, or program management with leadership progression.
Master's degree preferred (MHA, MBA, MPH or equivalent).
Strong communication and executive presentation abilities.
Experience with healthcare data systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

Lead strategic partnership oversight between Legacy and Houston Methodist.
Provide operational leadership and bridge between organizations for joint ventures.
Translate data into actionable insights for leaders and providers.
Develop KPI framework and predictive analytics for clinic portfolio.
Oversee grant reporting, program budgets, and staffing resources.
Create executive-level dashboards and reporting for performance visibility.
Support residency programs, cancer screening grants, and clinic development.
Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency across sites.
