Farm Family, a trusted insurer in the farm and ranch sector, seeks a senior underwriting leader to drive strategy and execution for the Commercial Lines portfolio. You will oversee daily operations, handle referrals, and approve complex risks within authority, while guiding teams and ensuring SLA compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, mentor staff, and steer governance, audit, and underwriting guidelines to optimize performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of P&C commercial underwriting experience.
• 5–10 years of progressive leadership and management experience.
• Designations CPCU, ARM, AFIS, or AINS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute underwriting strategies aligned with company goals.
• Monitor underwriting performance with financial analyses and pricing.
• Lead underwriting staff with emphasis on talent development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, AI/Data & Analytics, Claims, Risk Services, Compliance.
