Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function within a commercial organization.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Operations with an advanced degree.
• 7+ years of proven leadership experience managing high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year data and analytics strategy for the commercial organization.
• Architect scalable analytics roadmap from descriptive to predictive insights; translate data into actionable insights for executives.
• Lead and continually improve the commercial forecasting function including demand planning and revenue projections.
• Design and scale standard operating mechanisms (SOMs) for consistency and speed across commercial operations.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement automation and AI initiatives within commercial operations.
