Based at the Northridge, CA headquarters, you will lead analytical initiatives four days on-site weekly, partnering with commercial leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in data science, analytics, or related field.
• Experience owning cross‑functional initiatives and translating analyses into business actions.
• Proficiency in Python, R or similar; strong SQL and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain predictive models and forecasts for growth, revenue, and customer behavior.
• Own targeting, prioritization, and tiering methodologies to allocate resources effectively.
• Quantify market opportunities and support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for launch planning, territory design, and growth priorities.
• Improve forecasting accuracy using historical data, trends, and leading indicators.
