Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Principal AI Data Science Engineer in Go-to-Market Analytics to build and manage predictive models, forecasts, and analytics driving customer targeting and launches. You will own modeling across growth, revenue, and market dynamics, informing strategic decisions.

The role requires collaborating with commercial leaders to translate insights into actionable plans and to improve forecasting using historical data and market trends. On-site four days per week in Northridge, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in data science, analytics, or related area with cross-functional ownership.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to accelerate analytics workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar, with ML on large datasets.
• SQL, cloud data warehouses, and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, monitor, and maintain predictive models and forecasts.
• Own customer targeting, prioritization, and tiering methodologies.
• Quantify market opportunities and evaluate business impact for investments.
• Translate analyses into recommendations for resource allocation and launches.
• Partner with leaders to improve forecasting accuracy and growth planning.
